1. Contest: ROYALE® Tiger Towel® "Spring Cleaning High Five Giveaway" Contest.
2. Sponsor: Irving Consumer Products Limited.
3. Contest Period: Contest Period begins at 9:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) on April 5, 2016 and closes 11:59:59 P.M. ET on May 3, 2016. During the Contest Period, a "Day" starts at 12:00:00 A.M. ET and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET, except for the first Day (April 5, 2016) which starts at 9:00:00 A.M. ET and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of this Contest, including receipt of a valid entry, will be the Contest computer servers ("Contest computers"). Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) or attempted transmission does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Contest computers or Sponsor.

1. Prizes: There are ten (10) prizes available to be won, each a "five year supply of ROYALE® Tiger Towel® paper towel products". Each prize consists of one hundred (100) $5.00 manufacturer’s coupons redeemable for any ROYALE® Tiger Towel® paper towel product. The five year calculation is based on winner using twenty (20) coupons per year for five years which represents 20 packages per year of ROYALE® Tiger Towel® paper towels 6 pack for a total of 120 rolls per year. Each coupon provides the winner with $5.00 off the purchase price of any ROYALE® Tiger Towel® paper towel product. See applicable coupon terms in Rule 6 above. Approximate retail value of each prize is $500.00 CDN.
   Limit of one (1) prize per household address Prizes including First Entry Coupon, must be accepted as awarded without representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. No substitution, conversion to cash, or transfer of prizes or coupons is permitted except that Sponsor may substitute a prize or coupon of equal or greater value (based on the approximate retail value of the prizes or applicable coupon as stated in the Official Rules), if a prize or coupon cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prize winners are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described as included herein.
