trying to shut up about this, but the roseland (besides being an important place
to try and stop such ppphhhttt) was in the town my dad grew up
so our family went back every summer, for a month or so,
family house was down the hill from n-gger hill, not kidding.
i heard that around 1966 or so, and was called that
for years after, as before.
went to my first movies there, with my favourite cousin,
no idea of such things happening or had happened,
except i know i must have heard those words - n-gger hill.

For Nova Scotians, we've already had a tribute to her via the new February holiday. Isn't there still a $5 bill to fill now that Laurier is moving to the $50 or $100?
