- Spinach
- Tea (green or black)
- Tomatoes
- Turkey
- Walnuts
- Yogurt

I eat blueberries only when they are in season.
Once a week I would have tomato and squash soup. Oh I do eat spinach once a week.
Other than that, not much else on the list!

I basically eat everything on the list (when i can)..except for a few which I'm not into

I eat quite a lot of all of that except for the soy. But what I lack in soy I make up for in tea!
According to that list I should be superwoman lol.
