But the above form had the same P.O. Box (and different dates) as this one:

And as posted by @rockco , the above form could be submitted online with offer code 694K6 (see the below form which was customized and printed) but the offer never appeared online for submission:

So I only mailed the first form and the cheque for that rebate has 694K6 written on it. So my assumption would be that if someone did both the above rebates, would only receive cheque for one of them.

Should be ok. They don't care what tender you use. Paying with points is still paying for them.

But make sure you follow the rules on the form and make sure the rebate is not expired. Sometimes Physicians Formula stickers are

Has anyone tried this i.e. uploading a receipt in which payment was done with points? I bought Veet-2 pack and Finish dishwashing tabs using SDM points. I was hoping it wouldn't be a problem?

I am trying to upload my receipt for the Resolve offer. It says pic size can be no more than 3 mb. When I take a pic with my phone the size is over 5 mb. How do I compress the size of the pic so that it can be uploaded? TIA
