awww I know how you feel I had mine out in sept...my face swelled up soooo bad and I could barely open my mouth to eat...I am still so sick of jello I dont want to see it for years I pretty much ate jello for two weeks my jaw hurt so bad...they had to take a piece of jaw bone too so that side of my face got really huge!
Mine are still healing I have the holes that are slowly taking their time to close up all the way, the right one where they took the bone was really really deep and its still fairly deep but its closing up ok I think

LOL It does get tiring after awhile! I ate a lot of that lipton cup of soup stuff especially at work because I was soooo over jello after a few days...and its not even filling which is even worse...plus I eat a lot and I love food so every little thing was torture when I couldnt eat it LOL
when I could open my jaw a little better I started eating lipton cup of soup and a croissant for lunch and its better if you get the ones that are all flaky and melt in your mouth kind of not the dry ones or you will have a hard time trying to chew it
I'm lactose intolerant so I couldnt eat much dairy with the tooth diet so that left me with not very many options since I couldnt do anything with much nutritional value otherwise I would have went and got those diet shakes or whatever they are slim fast I think?? those have some nutritional value to them so they might actually make you feel full.

omg he sounds as bad as the family I have here...the first night my mom and dad watched a show about this travelling chef and he was in turkey learning how to make all the old fashioned stone oven baked stuff and I was DYING I wanted food so bad...my sis said she was going to bake homemade cookies and then sit in front of me and eat the entire thing...she was too lady to make the cookies though lucky for me otherwise I probably would have busted stitches trying to eat a cookie LOL
