Favourite writers are Victor Hugo (Les Misérables and Hunchback of Notre Dame) and Alexandre Dumas (The Count of Monte Cristo and The Three Musketeers). I love these classics and can read them over and over again.

Oh my... I have such an extensive list of favorite authors that it
would be difficult to choose one or two. I've been a library rat
since I was a child and voraciously read hundreds of books a year.'Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.'

Oh, RTLady, I'm exactly the same.
Currently rooting around to read/find all the culinary mysteries I can.
Otherwise - Jonathan Kellerman, Faye Kellerman, Patricia Cornwell, Robin Cook, Thomas Harris, Irving Stone, James Patterson....

Hmmmm, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Robin Cook in no particular order although I've gotten off King a bit.
Oh and of course Shakespeare.....NOT.... sorry to my aunt who tried to shove it down my throat from the time I was 2 but I would have preferred you read me Dr. Suess.
