OK, so I'm a little confuzzled....
So, are we doing a team type thing? And its based on % lost? How would that be calculated? Is it if you started at 200 lbs and lost 10 lbs you would have lost 5% of your total weight (I picked easy math # btw).
I've never watched The Biggest Loser so I dont know how this will work... And I dont have a digital camera so I cant send in a picture! Is there another way to do this fairly?

Yup thats the right way to calculate it. Its:
weight loss / starting weight = weight loss percentage.
Well I guess once we figure out how many people are interested in doing this then we can figure out how to do the weigh in.
The ones I have done online have been team ones. So there would be a few different colour teams and about 7 or 8 people on each team. Each team would select a team leader to keep track of their teams weight loss (usually on a spread sheet- don't worry I have these still).
During the week the teams would motivate each other by chatting on their group forum or have team challeneges. Then every Friday everyone weighs in and posts it on their team thread. The team leader puts that info on the Main spreadsheet or tells the organizer of the contest. Then the winning team is announced each week.
There was no prize associated with the ones I have done before so if we do have a prize we will have to either have weigh ins at central locations to everyone or the digital photograph idea.
The main point of this challenge/contest though is to have a friendly competition so we can all lose weight.Get Paypal $$$, Gift Cards and Prizes for FREE!http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/cdnbabybubba

Here is you can caluculate how many calories you need to maintain your weight.
Take you current weight X 12= the numbers of calories you need to main your current weight.
Example:
160lbs X 12= 1920 calories need to maintain 160lbs

I created a SC "group" for SC's Biggest Loser

Maybe cdnbabybubba could work on the framework of the rules and post them. If we do prizes maybe they could just be drawn for those that stick with it for 12 weeks???

I am very much fond of eating, for which I put a lot of weights.
So all my friends tease me on this. But I will show them by losing weights.Himani Boroplus
