    Got a skiff of snow yesterday, def not enough!

    -6 now, will warm up to -1 by night!

    For the next few days, predictions say it will be a few degrees above zero.

    Been at my cabin the past few days. It's been beautiful. My dad passed away in the early morning hours on Jan 20. I was there when he passed as were all my brothers & sisters so I've been away trying to clear my head. Friday night we had a huge storm, -21 temps, too bad for snowmobiling..yesterday it was soooo nice...cold, sunny spent the day traveling around the island on ski-doo...seen lots of animal tracks but no animals..just lots of plump grey jays. Now today it's raining and 100 km winds forecasted so I might be "stuck" at my cabin for today but I have lots of supplies anyway!! 10-15 cm of snow forecasted for Tuesday so back in business for hitting the trails!!

    my condolences KelJo on the passing of you Dad. Today I am only going out because I am DD's taxi, everything else can wait. Did you hear that pooches? The backyard may be as far as you go out today........we'll see.
