That's weird Natalka, I fell asleep at three and woke up at 6 so I had three hours sleep too. I feel headachy again, especially when I go outside.

I do get insomnia now and then due to stress, but once I do finally conk out it's like trying to wake the dead.

I couldn't sleep last night because some little person couldn't sleep and kept standing by my bed talking to me. Funny enough hubby slept right thru it as usual.
