Good Morning all. It is still morning right? I am so glad this week is over. Going to Cambridge for the weekend to the folks.

Hey I Finally won something, it has been over 2 yrs since my last win. I won a Thermos Prize pack. It contained a frig water jug (like Brita) and 10 extra filters and a huge insulated shopping bag. Woo Hoo!

Had another super early morning, so I think I'm gonna take a nap. Have so much to do here, but have zero energy to do it. The dog's decided she'd rather take a nap on the sunny patch in the carpet, & the cat has taken over her bed.

Just woke up and ubber tired.

3 days till I go back to school.

My really good friend is moving back to Canada. She moved about 6 months ago to England to married this guy she met on the internet. She hated it ove there so they are moving back here.

Off to do semi pack and have to go over to pharmacy to get all the refills before going back to school.

but i'm just popping in to share an amazing bread machine recipe that goes against conventional wisdom and i can't emphasize enuf, this is the best recipe i've come accross (sorry kekes!!--btw, wth is that girl?)

here it is:

makes 1 1/2 lb loaf

1 c warm water
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tsp bread machine yeast (or reg yeast)
1/4 c vegetable oil
3c bread (or all purpose) flour
1 tsp salt

Place water, sugar AND YEAST in pan. (that's right. trust me, it WORKS). Let yeast dissolve for 10 mins. this is where i start measuring out my flour etc. cause i just can't wait. Add oil, flour and salt. Select white, 1 1/2 lb loaf. start.

*** note on measuring ingredients. spoon flour into a measuring cup and do NOT tap to settle. liquids should be filled and put on a shelf at eye level for accuracy. i was having problems with my dough til i started measuring right.

Slowly starting to pack today.

My one roomate moved in this past Friday. They still havent hooked up the internet yet - so she must be pretty bored doing absolutle nothing.

When we went to look at the house they were planning on renting the basement wll the 4 of us said if they rent it we wont rent (all our parent agreed with us). Well my one roomate moves in and the landlord is living in the basement WTF how nice of them to tell us. She says the floors are ubber thin so she can hear everything we hear and do.
