I agree with Mrskoka. Call them. When this happened to me when I had the MBNA one, it turns out my # had gotten deleted for some reason. A quick call should straighten it all out for you.

For the Beauty Redemption this weeked - if you spend $90 but only $60-$70 is on the listed beauty products and the balance is food/staples - do they allow the redemption of $90 on the total bill or do you end up out of pocket for the non-beauty items?

That's a tough one. Last few times the bonus redemption wasn't available on the points redemption screen if you didn't have $90 worth of cosmetics. But in the past it has.

Someone in front of me it did not work for, she had a cosmetic item but it was on clearance and had a tag attached (not the usual barcode) and the screen popped red and said item not eligible then gave reg points

I've never seen them? Does it have an offer code #? If so it's like the $10 coupons and it counts.

Some do and some don't. One I have doesn't have any offer code or bar code. It does have a four digit PLU # though.

The other one has a Promo Coupon ID and instructs the cashier to press "coupon", F3, and to enter a promo coupon ID #.
