I received a mailout coupon for 20X points which expired today. The coupon said nothing about when the points would be added and they did not show automatically. How long does something like this take?

The mailout coupons usually have a fine print that says they'll be added at some later date. Sometimes it's weeks later. Call them and ask them. Does your receipt have the coupon id#?

Thanks for the info @Insane @Luckbealady. There was very little fine print on this coupon. Just exclusions but no other info. It does have the coupon ID so I'll call.

Someone mentioned in another post that they conacted Shoppers about it, and it was something like November 18th that the points would be added.

A set of 10 coupons? Some small ones and a bigger 20x? Mine say to be added Nov 7 and expired Oct 7. The coupons don't say points will be added later it is on the back of the address part of the mailout

I spent about 10 mins with the cashier trying to work that one out too, it says on it to enter the coupon code ID but didn't have one (the smaller ones did) then it doesn't say to be added later etc on the coupon

Yeah the cosmetic girl couldn't figure it out either and said I should come back and complain if they're not added,

Another one: I redeemed last week but now need to return two items worth $29.99.

What happens to my points? Will I lose them? Or will they give me store credit?

You'd lose your points - if that $29.99 was needed to reach the bonus points offer (say 20x WUS $50, and if you took out that amount you'd have only spent $30), then you'll lose all bonus points.

Some people have said their store will let them do a no receipt return - which means they don't scan the receipt so your Optimum card is not involved. But not all stores will allow that.

It was not a bonus offer. I redeemed for $110, OOP $115. This $29.99 was part of the $110

My turn to ask a question....

the personalized coupons for $ off.....I used one once but bought 4 of that product and it took the $ off all 4 products eventhough the cashier only scanned the 1 coupon once. Is that still happening? Hubby got an $8 off any pampers and I want to go use it on the $10.99 jumbo diapers this week! But if I buy 4, I wondering if it'll take the $8 off all 4.

I think it may depend on the customer. A few weeks ago, both me and mom got a coupon for $1 off Dawn soap. I bought two bottles and the discount came off both. Mom tried to get 4 and the discount only came off one. Same day.

I'd suggest you plan the rest of your shop as if you're going to buy 1, get them to scan 4 and hope it works.

It didn't work. I was only going to buy the diapers. The cashier said sometimes it takes it off multiple times and sometimes it doesn't and has no idea why. I just bought the one package. $2.99 for a pack of diapers, I can't complain!
