Actually Andit I'm the one that does all the cooking and DH is always asking me when the army is due to come over, but I have some friends whose parents do the same things and my friends are nearing 50 so it never ends. LOL

Before they left, my Mom baked me a whole ham & roasted a whole chicken. That didn`t include the other ham she baked for the 3 of us (Mom, Dad & me, well ok, also the critters, so 5) to eat before heading out to the airport. & of course there were several kinds of veggies & salads, not including the huge bowl of potato salad & container of veggies just for me. Oh & of course, she stocked my freezer full of food, so I wouldn't starve. I actually invited a couple of starving artists I know over, just so the food wouldn't go to waste (the meat would never go to waste with my 4-legged garbage disposals, but the cat can be finicky about salads ).

Yesterday when they came bearing more food, my Mom couldn't understand how I could possibly have so much food left in my freezer. & that was after only a day of resting from their vacation & dealing with jet lag (8 hr flight from Europe, I know I'd be tired). I swear my Mom has more energy in her 70s than I had in my 20s.

Is it good or bad that we haven't heard from Shaman? I'm going with the no news is good news theory until I hear otherwise.

Having dealt with a whole whack of health issues, I know when I'm not feeling well, I just want to crawl under a rock. I'm going with the no news is good news. Bad news travels fast enough.

I feel awful/yucky. I have been running to the bathroom all day. I thought it was from the icecream I ate yesterday but I don't get this sick from one ice cream sandwich. I get sick but not like this.
