Is it scaring anyone else how everyone around the GTA is getting pummelled by snow, but we can still see green grass... seems to me like winter is planning an attack from all sides.

editing Christmas out of their Holiday Survival Guide.

I'm not sure if anyone else heard this, but a couple of weeks ago, a school district in Chilliwhack BC has changed the school break FROM winter vacation TO Christmas vacation saying that they take the break BECAUSE of Christmas so why not call it that.

I whole heartedly agree. If that is the reason for the break, then why isn't it called that? I remember how disappointed I was a few years ago when my child's school decided not to have a Christmas Concert and opting for a Spring concert instead to be politically correct.

I always say, if we can't call it Christmas because it is not politically correct, than those people for whom we changed the name should work on December 25 and 26.

Oh my, I had forgotten how many decorations we have for Xmas. I've only got the kitchen and family room done......Still have to go the livingroom, The tree, entrance hall, diningroom & the bathrooms!!!!. I'm bushed unwrapping all this stuff.
I think I'll get hubbie and the kids to do the tree after dinner.
