I recd. the Carrie Ann Inaba bobblehead ,,,,what a hoot !!, never expected it to come for just 100 points , the quality is pretty awesome but Carrie's head is a bit too heavy to bobble properly, the box was just left inside the porch door .....my first P&P redemption ....

Maybe it's a Canada Post Customs surcharge if it came from the US...as long as the product was made within a Nafta country there will be no customs/duty/excise tax, but if the product was made in China, India, or other foreign country outside the US, Canada or Mexico, most likely it is Customs and excise tax.

According to Points and Prizes site, don't accept the prize and don't pay the amount. There was a problem a while back, Canada Customs was charging duties and a $5 service fee. However, P & P said we should NOT be paying anything. Contact P & P.
