Shoot.....that's an invoice , I took out some papers and just skimmed thru' them , I thought that's just the suggested value of the item the seller has written for insurance or whatever purposes ( like on ebay pkgs.).....I'll check the pkg. tomorrow , but if they want 10 bucks ....I didn't get any pkg. , I have no use for the silly thing anyways and didn't sign anything , they can have it back at their own expense .

They always have a value on their prizes. I doubt very much that's an invoice. P & P does not charge for the prizes. Are they asking for a payment?
The duties from Canada Customs that I was referring to - you wouldn't get the package unless you paid up.

Iris75 is right, P&P always sends prizes with shipment invoice attached.
I checked my latest redemptions and they all came with the $10 invoice everyone is talking about.
It's just standard procedure.
I wouldn't worry about it.
