I need peoples help for this one. Im look for a new bed, or mattress. Now I have a tiny bed right now I have a futon / daybed and that just fits with a little room to move on the floor. I need a new mattress but will buy a new bed ( I will just keep this frame for a coach or spare bed when I move out). I need something cheap and I mean the less the better.

Any ideas? I looked on Sears and a mattress alone is $350. I will be going to a liquidation store next week but not sure if they have the size.

Try looking for a freecycle group in your area - in Winnipeg it is on Yahoo. It is a site designed for people to be able to find new homes for useable items (| do not like groups that offer free pick up for for-profit stores like value village when I can find someone in need by myself and they get the item for free).

In our area, there are discount stores. We bought a queen sized mattress and box spring for $100. Any of the big stores are going to be more expensive. You can also check second hand stores. You may want to spray the mattress down with Rid to get rid of any potential for bugs before bringing it in your house, though.

Fingers crossed that you find a great bed you can afford!
