Nope, it means that you have March 31st to enter them, but make sure you do so by 11:59pm EST. Otherwise, then they stop working.

Although sometimes I have found that words taht expire on a Friday allow you to enter them over the weekend. BUT, dont take that for fact, because sometimes it happens and other times it doesnt. P&P are pretty good at turning the words off on time so that they dont work.
