sigh yes i am fine i was parked and getting something out of the passenger's side and the lady miscalculated backing out of her parking spot and side-swiped me and then got out and was like "what happened???" ummmm you hit my parked car!!! then she offered me $100 *sigh*

it's $900 we just got an estimate what a doorknob. DH had to come rescue me they were trying to swindle me

seriously. then i'm like okay give me your insurance please and her husband who had just arrived said NO ... i'm like dude, your wife hit me and i'm not paying for it i need your insurance information just in case it's a lot of $... still no ...

so i say okay well then we are going to wait for my husband to arrive and he can properly assess the damage and see what's needed, cost, etc ...
10 mins later DH still hasn't arrived and her husband says "wow we are waiting such a long time for your husband, why do we have to wait? we could have given you our insurance 10 minutes ago and not be standing here in the heat"

I KNOW!!! like listen it's a hassle for me too to go through insurance but i know what a car costs to fix i hear about it every day lol
