It's cold here, but thank goodness that horrid wind abated; it's supposed to rain in the afternoon. Sun is trying to hard to peek through, but it's just not happening.

Update: I'm dilated "a fingertip" which is better than I was with DS at this point, which was "locked up tighter than Fort Knox". So, there is hope. She tried to stretch it a little bit for me, too.

But, from now until I get induced (if I need to be), I have to get ultrasounds and non-stress tests done. What a pain in the butt. Basically, I have to drive into town everyday from now until next Thursday. UGHA!! Oh, well. At least I'll know whether or not my baby is still happy and healthy in there!

Robyn: I know what you mean about having to buy meat all winter. DH isn't going to get much chance to go out hunting this year, but he's certainly going to still give it a go a few times so that we can fill our deep freezer as well.

Patty I had also remembered that salad thing about starting labour - so I had time yesterday and did some looking around. Seems most probable that romaine lettuce has something in it which may naturally dilate the cervix.
So babygonnerman, have a big salad!!!

on antibiotics! eww! does anyone else get nausious on antibiotics? I do and I don't like it. I also have a sore mouth (where the infection is around the one tooth) I also have a headache so not feeling so good physically.

I'm lucky I don't have any issue with antibiotics. Do you like yogurt? When you're taking the antibiotics, your body is depleted, so yogurt will help rebalance your system (if you don't like yogurt, you can get probiotics in capsules. about $5 for 60 capsules at Walmart). It also helps with upset tummies - I give them to my dog when her tummy is upset. Just don't take it at the same time as the antibiotic or they'll cancel each other out. But once the infection is gone, take the probiotics.

Thanks Andit-I am feeling sooo sick! I may not be on here too much for the rest of the day. I feel like puking! headache also and pain in my mouth. Sorry to complain. also dizzy for some reason. I will eat some yorgurt again when I am done the antibiotics because it might be pointless while taking antibiotics right?

Wish I could. Salad makes me sick - has during the whole pregnancy, and did with my son, too.

Fell down the basement stairs with an armload of groceries. Now my knee hurts...and my little finger. Ow!

It'll definitely be fun with a new baby around! Lol, my DS was born Sept 16th last year, hunting season opened on the 17th, I was home from the hospital on the 18th, and DH went out hunting on the 20th! I was almost divorced for scheduling my c-section the day before hunting season opened

Just finished making 10 500ml jars of Chili Relish and cooked 10 lbs of chicken breast meat. SHould last a few days but then again when my DS gets a craving that could be gone by tomorrow.
