how long should it take for a company to send out coupons for defective products?

A little over 3 weeks I had an issue with pampers diapers and the customer service was great. however I have not received the 4 10$off coupons they said they were going to send me. How long should it take for me to receive them? How long should I wait before i call them back to ask abought them?

Mine took almost 5 weeks before they arrived.

For a big company, even 6 to 8 weeks isn't unreasonable.

sorry to tell you but some companies take a long time to send out the coupons years ago it used to be faster i would always get them in about 1 week now it seems to take even longer

Yup pampers is slow at it, I had a complaint and it took like 3months before I got anything from them, but my sister in-law had a different problem with hers and it only took like 3weeks for her to get anything

i have the same problem I had gell explode all over my son from the diaper and called to let them kn0w what happened they said I would get coupons, it's been almost 3 months!! This is a serious legit issue I had

the cruisers all leaked for us and he got a horrible diaper rash that only occurs with those diapers. the baby dry tabs were ripping half way up when my son played (the diaper was not ripped at all when he woke up). but at least the baby dry didnt leak. we are now using the cruisers dry max and they havent ripped or given him a diaper rash. they do leak a bit when he poops but he really fills them lol.

I called them last year with the same problem. When 3 months went by without any coupons, I called & they sent it. I got the 2nd shipment 7 weeks after my call. I never got the first envie they sent. Since they state the coupon should be received within 6-8 weeks, I would call again after that delay has past.

Will not hurt to call them back,and ask if they forgot or is the mail slow!i have done this(nicely)and had the coupons in like a week,good luck!

I had an issue with Pampers and they sent me out 4 - $10 off coupons. I received them in about 3 or 4 weeks. Hope they come soon for you!!
