Thank you for the kind words everyone! my day started out very emotional and it just seemed to go in that direction all day. When I got up my 2 teenage boys and my 2 year old woke me up and gave me a huge hug and a make up bag full of Gosh makeup (SDM points) but whenever my teenage boys show me affection it leads to tears (it doesn't happen often at the age of 15 & 16). When they left the room I began thinking about what it would be like if I didn't have them on such a day as mothers day and my thoughts went to my husbands aunt whose daughter committed suicide 3 weeks ago, needless to say the tears kept coming. I then got myself ready for church and while at church my 15 year old sang my favorite song "handful of weeds" again, the tears came. while at church I began to imagine what it would be like if all 7 of my children were alive and together (I had 4 miscarriages before we adopted our little AJ - the 2 year old) so again the tears came. After church we went to deliver the shelter baskets and realizing how unfortunate some people are made me realize again how blessed I am to have a husband who loves and takes care of me, so again the tears started. We got home and my husband and boys grilled steaks and we had a delicious dinner. After dinner my 15 year old came upstairs with his guitar and told me that for my mothers day present he wrote me a song. He then sat on the couch and sang to me the song he wrote. This time there was not holding back the tears! After composing myself I got online and saw an email my mom wrote me that lead to more tears. My husband and children and I live here in ontario while the rest of our family lives in the US, so I then called my mom to wish her a happy mothers day and as soon as i heard her voice the tears came again! They weren't so many tears of sadness but tears that made me realize how wonderful my life really is. So again as I wanted to thank all of you for your kind words and guess what! The tears are coming again I hope each of you that are mothers had an amazing day. I know I did
