Took our 13 month old to a Halloween party/Costume contest and he won for best costume in the Baby category!!!!

I was so excited!

He received a Velvet train pillow, Elmo book, baby Cookie monster sippy cup and a toy all wrapped in cellophane

...Soooo I followed tvwatcher's advice and called energizer, and by the end of the day the promotion company called to say they will be shipping my x-box on Monday! He kept talking about the e-mail he had sent me- which they didn't, and he didn't mention the game that was to have come with it, but I am happy to get the x-box and will not squabble about these things! The truth is they lost out on this too, it was the people that moved into my old place or the neighbors that took the freakin' package (scumbags!) Anyways thought I would share- I couldn't be more pleased at the outcome!!

glad to hear it worked out! I suspect energizer called the promotion company and said FIX IT - things like this reflect badly on the primary company (energizer, in this case), and not so much on the promotion company since it's not their name in all the advertising for the contest.

Amy-I think it is amazing how you keep at it and made it happen-many people, myself included, would have shrugged it off as easy come/easy go but you kept at it and the fact that they will honour the prize win is awesome-you are right, the people who ended up with the first XBox are scumbags! Btw, I am pm-ing TVWatcher next time I need advice for anytrhing! Glad it all worked out...
