BBC Speechless As Trader Tells Truth: "The Collapse Is Coming...And Goldman Rules The World".

In an interview on BBC News this morning that left the hosts gob-smacked (google it... it is the BBC after all), Alessio Rastani outlines in a mere three-and-a-half-minutes what we all know and most ignore. While the whole interview is worth watching, the money shot for us was "This economic crisis is like a cancer, if you just wait and wait hoping it is going to go away, just like a cancer it is going to grow and it will be too late!". While he dreams of recessions, sees Goldman ruling the world, and urges people to prepare, it is hard to disagree with much (or actually anything) of what he says.

“Meltdown” 4 part documentary (on events of the financial crisis 2008) 45 min each a total of 3hrs, worth watching
This is an excellent summary of the events, players and human behaviours leading up to the financial crisis that hit in 2007 and that we are still working our way through today. As we watch this series we should understand that this is not a crisis that is past, this is a crisis that the world is still struggling with and will be for a few more years. But we must be clear: the pain is not because the bubble burst, that was and is inevitable, the pain is because the world allowed it to balloon in the first place. Now it is up to all of us to admit and understand the errors so that we can learn and change our thinking, behaviour, laws and leaders.

k let's say I bought silver @ $40 right now, and then in 5 years it turned into $140, that's $100 capital gain, but isn't there a tax on it, like 28% if im not mistaken, so my profit would be only $72. Someone correct me if im wrong

I watched all four parts, it was compelling.

The question now is, do we have the collective will to learn from this and create a new way of doing business.

Bottom line? When humans operate utterly without conscience, there is no limit to the devastation that follows.

The Credit Crisis of 2008; has now transformed into Sovereign Debt Crisis, where Greek debts are the source of the problem. The biggest concern is, who's next in line for default... as this leads into a Currency Crisis sometime in the future..
