I've boycotted Wal-Mart for years due to their atrocious business practices, the way they manipulate and treat their own employees fraudulently, and the way employees in third world countries get exploited to meet the endless demands for millions of units of products "at the lowest price."

Ah, well... Wal-Mart seems to be a Miley Cyrus or a Britney Spears... want to not like them, but somewhere deep inside... you know you like them. LOL

THAT was meant to be read in a funny manner... let's not take that where it doesn't need to go. Aight. AIGHT!

Walmart annoys me. The one closest to me is a 30 minute bus ride and the cashiers are horrendous. One cashier put in 5 1.00 coups as penny coups and then I had to go get my whole order voided and scanned again. It took 40 minutes! ARgh!

Honestly, I HATE PMing at Wal-Mart, mostly because of their customer service. I try to PM everything first at Zellers because they're more friendly about accepting the PM and coupons without being rude or questioning. Also, I get points at Zellers which is a huge bonus as I see it. I'll only PM at Wal-Mart if I have to.

I don't mind price matching 1 or 2 things, but bringing multiple flyers and price matching many items would likely put my Walmart cashiers over the edge!

My Walmart is terrible for price matching and for coupon redemption. Example, today I had some FPC and regular mfg. coupons and price matches. I put the coupons right on the items to make it easier for her and I put the other stores sale papers right on the items I was pm'ing. She pulled them all off of the items before she started ringing the order in, huffed and puffed a little then rang my items through and bagged them. THEN she had to pull each item out of the bag to compare it to the coupon and/or ad to make sure it was exactly what was stated on the coupon or other store's sale ad - huffing and puffing all the time. I said to her "I tried to help you out by organizing it for you" Her response, "whatever..."
Not worth the hassle, for me!!! I don't need their attitude - I HAVE ENOUGH OF MY OWN - lol!!!
I am shocked that this happens. Have you ever gone to walmart.ca send an email, give them all the information you can, which store, which register and if you can the name of the cashier it is found on your receipt OPR# in, to the president. it gets sent to the store you were in and that person usually gets a call back from the store manager and most likely he will give you a gift card for customer service. FREE MONEY to spend. It happens all the time. That cashier will be spoken to, and her attitude needs to change. If we don't speak up about lousey customer service it will never change.
