Not sure if the Rain MP3 works (ie count towards a reward purchase), but no harm in trying!

I wonder if it counts if you redeem for something that's 0 points, like: http://www.icoke.ca/buy/detail/rani. Went checking for a '500 point redemption for a contest entry' for you, but they don't even have any of those up right now.

Quite ironic today to get an email from them asking to donate points for peace, or whatever it was - HMMM, you took away points and the account can't be accessed at all, but you're asking for a donation?

Since the merchandise fulfillment is by a Whitby company, I wonder if it's just not receiving enough restock to meet existing orders?

Yeah, but shouldn't that company be telling coke they are out of stock. Its like the person that tells me when they check out of the hotel where I work that there's been noise in the room next door all night and they didn't get any sleep. Well I have been here all night why didn't you tell me sooner and I could have gone and told them to keep it down. His response, well didn't you hear the noise. How would I hear the noise in room 147 when I am in the lobby by room 105. Sorry I don't have supersonic hearing,lol you gotta let me know,lol.

Re: not having stock to fill orders--I guessed that there could be a problem with fulfillment if a run on some items used up remaining stock and the reorder period is long or maybe the fulfillment company has a limit as to how often it can reorder things to stock iCoke.

they cancelled my Mom's account , even though I talked on the phone to a rep and asked if she could have an account also,I was told yes as long as she had a different email and different Birthdate, so far my account is okay but I do not have enough points to redeem anything. I hope there next contest offers points if you win also

icoke is really making me mad,
I ordered 2 cineplex tickets july 13th and 1 $5 pizza pizza card on Aug 8
I got the gift card today (aug 19, sheet says ordered aug 17)
and i STILL havent got my movie tickets... wtf

can beat that.. hubby's account lost.. over 60,000 points (and yes a number of them were done through actual pins not just npn contests)
