It's not a VIP SPC because this credit card is still exclusively for students =) BMO still has to verify that the cardholder is in fact a student during the processing period after applying.

I just found out about this offer, I wonder if it's too late for me to order the card now, or should I wait until August? My only concern is that the card expires in August and if I start the subscription now, by the time my card expires, my subscription will not end with the card, so do I have to cancel my subscription and then resubscribe again to be able to get the new card? Does someone know the answer to this? Thanks!

the vip spc is bonus gift from LULU, this offer is only one time per year, normally sart in July, so you had to wait.

Nope you can be part-time student too and be at either highschool, university or college but you must have a student Id for the NON-VIP one
