Definitely try second hand!Lots of people donate these things when they move.I've found quite a few wire pantry organizers, shelves that screw inside cupboards, closets, etc. at the thrift shop, usually like new and dirt cheap(.10 vs 8.99?sold!).Browse around sites like the Container Store or check your local department store so you'll know what's what-it's not always obvious!
P.s. Enjoy your new place!
