I was given one without having to ask for it, but it was open. I didn't pay attention until I came home. Not a winner. I would suggest everyone to make sure:
1) to get it in the first place;
2) to checkthat it was not opened.
I'm disappointed in this promo since you have only 1 chance out of 11 to win any secondary prize. Couldn't they make every card a winner? About 50 points at least.
If you didn't get a win card, get your receipt and go back. They put on the receipt the reward coupon( offer#:09413).

Very good point (2), I got one today, but once I got home I noticed it was opened (ever so slightly), so big surprise I didn't win anything, feel so cheated...

I got two today as I went to SDM twice. The first one I won 300 points, the second one I didn't win anything.

I have had 4 this week so far (SDM is really close to Sick Kids lol) If I am going to buy junk food & mags why not do it there? I have got 1 each time - won 1000 points on 1 and 50 on another. .

I went Sunday the 8th to get 2 bread but not enough to get a card....but shopped on the 9th for the Tell A Friend event (also with mom & friend) & we were not offered the cards! I had forgotten about it & called the next day & the cosmetic lady didn't know anything about it! But then she said it was only for the weekend promo!
Very confusing! I think I will go back with our receipts & see about it as 3 of us spent over $100!
A few more points can't hurt or the CAR!

I was told on sunday that the min spend was $10 to get the instant win card! The girl showed it to me but I only bought 2 bread as I was going to shop Monday for Tell A Friend & thought we would get one then.

Went in today and did get one,but it was a dud.I know it hadn't been opened b/c they're really tight and make a sound when the seal is broken.
There's 5 cars allocated to Ontario,so those of you who live there should take your receipts back-it's better odds than the lotto

I didn't have to ask. The cashier handed it to me to open, she was hoping I would win something big. No winner for me that day.
