Fundraiser "Rest and Relaxation" Basket

The department I work in decided to start making baskets to raise money for our staff to put towards gifts, food, etc. for special occasions. I volunteered to make the November basket. It cost me approximately $30 to make including gift wrap and taxes and was valued at well over $100. We sold $231 in tickets and they insisted to reimburse me the $30 which I will likely put towards another project. $201 in profit seems like a great success to me!

The tea variety pack it at Wal-Mart. It's regular $8.94 and I got it on clearance for $3. I bought 3 of them!

I stocked up on baskets there because I found the $1 store ones flimsy and all the nice ones at any other stores were quite expensive. This one was so big and sturdy, perfect for this project!

I got all my baskets at the Sally Ann this year. They had lots of differant ones in all shapes and sizes. I got 20 baskets for $13.00.
