What are you doing with your temporary freedom, Nancy?

I got some great (well, I guess) news from my dad. We found out about two or three weeks ago that he has 5 aneurysms in his stomach, one of which is 5.5 cm in diameter. He went to see the specialist today in Toronto, and they've deemed him to be an emergency case, so he's booked for surgery next Wednesday already. For me it's a huge relief. Now I just have to stress about the surgery!

Dealsniffer HATES SNOW STORMS! Dealsniffer is mad at the snow and mad at the weather and mad at anyone or anything involved in sending this storm here at such a rotten time! My sister was due on Sunday Nov. 29 and ready to pop and just wait... she will go into labor during a snowstorm that I really don't want and we won't be able to be there for her. She will tell the baby to hold on maybe till the storm is over! lol she wants it out tho. we are supposed to have a blizzard. not the DQ variety either! I wish! sorry Dealsniffer is mad at..well you know what!

it is too bad she has no control over when he is born-she could have had him yesterday and it would have been before the storm and it would have all been fine! lol better yet she probably would have picked the due date! lol

Dealsniffer just think of it this yeah you will always have this story to tell him about the day he was born. My mom was born durning a blizzard in the back of a bettle on the way to the hospital. My grandfather delivery her. When they got they hospital the doctors where shocked that he deliveried a baby then drove to the hospital. So my mom was born in the back of a bettle during a strom. Now that's a story. So just think of the stories you might have for him.
