First off, this one seemed like so much work...lol. I only had time to partially plan because my mom called and said I am coming to pick you and the boys up (I don't have a vehicle at the moment) and we are going to Superstore, I'll be there in an hour...so between getting myself and the boys ready there wasnt much time left for planning. Despite my lack of planning it was a very pleasant experience today. The cashier was great...she thanked me for organizing my items so the coupons were with the items and for having all my PM items together at the end. She really was awesome, smiling the whole time. My mom was in line behind me so that she could fight the angry mob for me taking too long....lol....but surprisingly the woman behind her started talking to her saying it's amazing what my total was and how hard it must be to do this with three kids and how much work it must be to do this. Then I happened to notice she had some J&J products so I gave her a couple of my J&J mailout coupons and told her it's nice when people actually realize how much work it is to do this instead of complaining about it taking so long at the till....she was very appreciative and thanked me
