Andit, that totally made me LOL for real. You are very funny... every time I see your pirate winking at me, I know I'm in for a laugh!
Oh Rebel, you are just awesomeThank you for the compliment!
Amycrows was coming to London this weekend for an event, but I doubt we will get together because of our schedules. I haven't met anyone from the board, though I'd love to meet all of our little family here. Anyone who comes to London is welcome to stay at our house, we would love to have you! You have to listen to bedtime stories with the kittens, though.. they love that!
I think you are pretty darn sweet yourself

NEXT TIME I'M NOT HELPING STRANGERS!!!!
going to let p&p know as well. since they asked us to keep an eye out for rude posts. i found some so i sent them off and let the entrant know that she could sumbit complaints and have them removed
some ignorant idiot accused me of hovering around the pic (was first time i even noticed it), and jealous of entry. omg. and accused me of threatening the woman!
so much for doing a good deed. LOL. won't they feel stupid when i have p&p watch their entry to and their votes go down the toliet over those accusations!
keep your fingers crossed. that is one helluva email i flipped off, i included everything.Last edited by NSangel; Sun, Nov 16th, 2008 at 06:09 AM.

I still don't get why anyone would be that desperate to win a silly contest. Sheesh, I only entered cause I thought it would give someone a smile to see the brats. I mean, if I had won, what is the dog going to do with a razor? Shave the cat?
Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday morning. For the first time in days I see a glimpse of sun, so the poor dog should be happy. When it's raining, she would rather hold it than have to go out and get her feet wet to use the facilities. So much for her Labrador heritage - she even has webbed feet. But when there's a puddle in her path, she gets upset. Nooooo, I don't wanna get my feet wet. I wanna go home!!!!!!!

Yes, I noticed that. It's not fair how SOME girls have all the fun! Is she buying them for herself or what? She's going through them like crazy. Apparently it doesn't take much to break them???? lol Why does she need so many? Mind you, I am not asking her to SHARE them with anyone though!

Ok guys (gals), I need help. On Thursday night I started coughing like I had something stuck in my throat. On Friday I was fine all day but by Friday night I was starting to lose my voice. Yesterday it was just a squeak. I cough but it's a dry cough and it's doing nothing to help clear my throat. My head is pounding because of all coughing, I'm out of Aleve (which I can only get in the US) and Advil for migraines is the next best thing but they aren't working for me.
The strange thing is that I never had a cold to go with this. It just started overnight. I don't yell a whole heck of a lot although Friday was a PD day at school so I had 6 kids from 3-13 here all day. I have no allergies and overall I'm fairly healthy (a little overweight but healthy nonetheless). My son has been hacking for a few weeks but I figured that's because he's been sleeping in the basement and we started up the big old boiler a few weeks ago which gets the dust flying.
Any ideas? I started drinking hot water with honey this morning although I'm a diet pepsi addict so I really need one of those right now.
Lolcat... what ages are your girls? I recieved the bugalug hair clips last week and I did get 6 of them instead of just 1 (yeah) but they are for babies/toddlers and my step-daughter has too much hair for them to be of any use to her. I don't know anyone with little girls and I don't want them to go to waste. Do you want them?

On a side note, I sent an e-mail to Walmart asking them where on their web page I could find information on their price matching policy. The local store just called me today and said that each store has their own policy. They said that 1) you have to bring the competitors flyer with you (a given), 2) they will not match on products that state 'while supplies/quantities last' 3) when it's for a product that is a 'bonus pack', Walmart will only match it if they have the product in stock. They won't do substitutions (also a given) 4) they won't match 'buy 1, get 1 free' promotions and 5) the store has to be within 20km of the store I'm matching at.
My coupon group has had members with different experiences. One said the cashier wanted to call each of the other stores to see if the product was out of stock. If it was, she wasn't going to price match. There was a huge line up so the woman told her to go right ahead, she'd wait. Another said that because there wasn't a No Frills in her town, the cashier wouldn't price match it. The woman I spoke to today (I wish I wrote her name down) said to go on google.ca and print out a map showing the distance between the stores to prove it's within the 20km. This is good for me because we don't have a Food Basics or a No Frills in St. Thomas. Just an FYI!

jode: check with petitefemme, or lolcat, they both have experience, or even maybe msg koala she's a nurse.
i know there are some strange viruses that can do things like that, where you have one ailment but not the cold symptoms to go with it. which is what this sounds like. if it's really bothering you call the dr. but in meantime, gargle with salt and water, not too much salt it will burn your throat. use a vaporizer. it maybe the dust from the boiler? but if it's a virus, nothing works but time.
i hope you feel better soon.
aph: they should have known better than to try to control you!
okay, i won't be on much ryan is giving me big time crap AGAIN. we are missing the santa parade, and i have this weird looking car dodge avenger? sitting in my driveway. is that a gas guzzler? it sure as hell looks like one, and it's too comfortable not to bed.
if it ain't..i'm keeping it, i don't care what rental place says...

I am having a very rough time right now. I am not up to talking about it. Well on top of our recent "problem to arise" my hubby is being an arse which he does everytime we are suppose to have a family dinner. I said please don't start on me cause your pizzed at the boys. That set him off more and he went back to bed. Ahole leaves everything to me then says I do it wrong whatever. Anyways be back maybe later today. Lurvs ya all.
