I have a great recipe on my blog for Banana Pineapple Loaf, I also make muffins with the same recipe, just adjust the cooking time. There are also photos on there, so you can see what it looks like, its super moist.

For anyone with too many apples I also posted a really yummy apple cake recipe, and that is soooooo good, again there are photos, so you can see what it looks like:

Also anyone wanting to make a cheap and easy Christmas gift I have something posted today, again with photos:

I know I don't contribute much to this site, so maybe this will help?

I'm here. Just been reading the posts lately instead of commenting. My brain isn't functioning properly yet.
I've been working at home for years and it's going to take me a while to get used to having to be somewhere 'on time' every day. I'm thankful that I have a job (even though it's only temp) but in the past week I've met at least 100 kids and another 30+ caregivers in 3 different daycare facilities. I've worked in the infant, toddler, continuing care and montessori rooms and it's so different than what I was doing in home care.
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for listening and commenting on all my vents over the past few weeks. I know I'm not the only one with issues but with all my conflicting emotions I've chosen not to comment on other people's issues. I feel guilty for not giving the encouragement back that people have given me but I don't think I can personally get involved in it all right now. I'm just trying to deal with my crap.Last edited by jodew71; Thu, Dec 4th, 2008 at 09:19 AM.
