Hey guys,
Just popping in, gotta go to bed soon! I have terrible charley-horses in my calves all the time the past couple of days... anyone else have this during pregnancy? I get it every time and it makes me feel like crying. They hit me worst in the middle of the night, and hurt like the dickens!

My old cat died this morning. My mom called me all upset. She didn't want to tell me on the phone but i got it out of her. I guess she had a stroke and they had to put her down. She was almost 18 though so she had a long life. At least she's not in any pain now.

Oh Reb, your poor Mom. That IS a long life for a kitty, but I bet it still has your mom very upset. Bring her a box of tea and something sweet, and just give her some hugs.

I stayed with my mom for the evening... she's really taking it hard
That cat just adored my mom and would follow her around the house, curl up with her on the couch, slept with her. My mom kept saying how the place felt so empty now. She was almost 18 yrs old though (jeez i was only 15 when we got her) so she definitely had a long life.

She's already mentioned that she'd like to get a kitten in the next couple months.. im looking forward to it.. i'm gonna push her into getting 2.. i love watching little kitties play

well give her a little time, the wound is still fresh. i got a cat for my mom, when i brought it home, she SHRIEKED at me. oops bad move, i shoulda asked first. now i have the cat (that's fine, more he merrier), but when she had to stay with us for 6 months, she took to the cat. but she's not getting her now. i gave her one and withing a few months it took sick and died. i was heartbroken. was my favorite cat. mom's are funny sometimes.

my computer rebooted 2x today. and my satellite cut out while watching tv. and then i find out that i'm not subscribed to showcase diva.. how the heck was i watching house for the past umpteen weeks????
