I'm not going much different from my actual hair colour just more red than my normal colour...natural colour is a light brown/red more brown than red unless I am outside or under lights then its really really red looking, this colour is light auburn so not much of a difference just more vibrant and interesting to look at than my natural colour. Like the hairstylist said he wasnt changing my hair colour just enhancing it cause he liked my natural colour just wanted to make it better and I matched this box colour to that dye job. I have the special shampoo it came with the hair colour got the pack on sale together...its faded out so much in 6 days that its now an orangeish light brown instead of the intense red it was when I did itafter another week or two it will probably be back to that light brown colour it was before I did it
I have two more boxes of this red though so next time I will dye it on a Thursday night then wait a couple days (fri, sat, wash it sunday night or monday morning) see if that makes a difference cause I washed my hair the next day after doing it because I had to for work so it didnt have much time to settle I guess, I read somewhere that you were supposed to wait at least 48 hours before washing your hair after dying it, I washed mine like 18 hours after if that...idk if that could be why or what but worth a try I guess. Not using hot water either just lukewarm so idk.

p.s my mom has been doing her hair for years and has never had this happen to her and she has even used red before and its never washed out so it cant be our well water or her hair colour would do the same would it not? and she can wash her hair and have nothing come out on the hair towel. I am on day six and every shower I have red dye on the white hair towels ughhh

Morning all.
Thanks for the word!
The dog woke me up this morning, when it was still pitch dark...not because it was that early, just really dark skies. We finished our walk just as it started to rain or little Miss on no, my-feet-are-wet-I-hate-you-stop-the-rain would have refused to do her thing.
The sun is sorta kinda out now (comes & goes), but the brats are still in a sleepy mood.
Hope everyone has a fun Sunday!
