BG, I was dying to go to the baby show but with my son sick I opted not to go. All I need is to have him coughing and sneezing and being detained there or something. Maybe next time around.

We did manage to get to Leons and buy new couches...but get this they are on back order and I won't have them til January...good thing is I know how much to save for them but I do not have to pay to the day of delivery so I have time to save up and prepare. Very excited, long overdue

We went to the BabyTime show today in Toronto and managed to score at least $120 in formula ... you have no idea how excited DH and I are about it. We also managed to get probably close to that amount again in treats ... DS is pretty excited about that one too

Just wondering where all of the kids manners have gone this year?!? I think I've had a quarter of the kids say thank you for getting treats. That really annoys me.

We barely had any here. I was rather annoyed since they have to walk past my window to get to the door. So my dad sat in the garage so I could sleep. I was going to go out there and hunt a few of them down.

My parents bought 2 little boxes of choc bars and got thru 1. My sister was down at school thinking one big box of chips would do it she said within 30 minutes they ran out.

Lucky, lucky you ! Any occasion or just vacation time? I love Chicago try to go to the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company restaurant on the Navy Pier (if it is still there). I loved Forest Gump so the restaurant was so nice to get to.

I'm going for a Supernatural convention. It's my favorite tv show. The guys in my profile picture are the stars of the show. It will be my third trip to Chicago.

Morning all.

Ended up dressing as a schoolgirl/cheerleader thing (white shirt, plaid skirt), since I had to dress up (hadn`t done that in many many yrs). Had fun, except for the older gent who wanted to know whether I was dressed up for Halloween.

Drooled over Brent Carver (I LOVE his voice & he`s such a sweet man) & saw this odd show that was amazing - the poetry of e e cummings set to music - it was done by the Soulpepper Academy (young actors just starting out) & they had to add extra shows (& find them a spot to perform) cause the original shows were sold out.

I`m feeling whipped, but I`ve got another day of music to go. By the time I get home tonight, I`m not gonna want to leave my bed for a week!

Might not be at all, simply might make more sense for them not to schedule you if you don't expect to be able to come in for a while so they are planning ahead for it rather than trying to fill your work times afterwards. You'll have to talk to your boss about it.
