DH & I went to the Smoky Mountains the last few days & we met a group from North Bay, Ontario on a tour. They had been in Pigeon Forge for several days and were heading for Nashville to go to the Grand Ole Opry. They were soooo funny, they were saying how ya'll doing--we're fine as frog hair. It was hilarious with that Canadian accent!!

OMG I bet it was. When i talk to my wifey in OK, at first i would be like WTH is that? They on top of the accent have differnet words for everything. Liek Refrigerator, it's a fridge. Not down there, it's an ice box. Ohh come on now update yourslef. An ice box is OLD SCHOOL, we now have REFRIGERATION SYTEMS. THey even name the bugs differnt things. I asked her once do u notice your accent? She said no. I said well when u watch tv dont' u notice people dont talk like u?

And for the record we dont name them individually, they are named by the type lol.

Newfies talk very diff also. lol we have diff names for some bugs to.for example, what you call mosquitos we call nippers. lol and there lots more
