did you try calling the fraud dept of the police? it's out and out fraud to sell a car with the wrong vin. also, can u straighten it out at the dmv? maybe they can put the screws on the dealer to get the right vin on it.

what does the police and lawyers say? it's obvious it's his mistake.

Well I am gonna compose a letter to our local tv stations they have programs like channel 2 on your side. And see If I cant get someone to scare him. Everyone else says Your screwed you got a case against him but we cant help you.

haun when I got the car the ac didnt work. My hubby fixed it, the breaks and some major thingy that is very expensive and starts the car. I had never seen one of those things and I cant remember what he called it. But anyways we got all that fixed. I told dh he aint getting it back without a helluva fight.

Hi everyone! Still in Shreveport La but wanted to hop on for a few and say hi. Haven't had a chance to go back thru all the posts read some this morning. Thanks everyone for the words! We had a nice time at the state fair yesterday didn't ride any rides I get this color when I do very unattractive! Was great though they had all kinds of neat animals giraffes we fed carrots too OMG they have long tongues one about got me with it trying to find another carrot , zebras, the worlds smallest horse lmao they actually had another worlds smallest horse in another area of the fair we only saw the one tho so lol not sure which was actually smaller, a giant tortoise, the bengal tigers and elephants they had shows with them performing, kangaroos and koalas. I've never seen such a zoo at a fair. We mostly looked at the animals, exhibits and ATE!!! Yep we all made piggies of ourselves

seek: that's a great idea, give him some bad advertising. that usually works. we have a similar show here, live at five--on your side. so go for it! there has to be laws to protect you..so check out (google) the better business bureaus and consumer lawyers. i fugget what they're callled now.. someone will take the case..get a fresh outta uni hot head. anyway, if you put the money on it, fricking don't make any more pymts til you get the title, and then sue to get the money back. that's always an option! once he sees no money comming in, those papers will follow. $$$ talks.

I got out of paying $7 thousand in interest charges on a loan way back when hubby had all those operations and couldn't pay on 3 bills, cause i had some money. and it was like, well this is what i have. take it and call it square or we'll leave it where it is. (went thru a lawyer, cost $1k but savings was worth it).

and now that huuuge bill is paid. smaller ones left *sigh* seems like it never ends tho
