SC Biggest Loser Group

Its not a contest, just a group for us to support each other in our weight loss quest, and for bragging rights on SC of being the Biggest Loser. I wouldnt ask you for your weight (as it is none of my business) but I would only ask the participants to weigh themselves once a week and post if they have lost any weight (-1, for example) or if they gained (+1, for example) for that week.

Hi-I will join in as well. I started my weight loss journey last Monday after stepping on the scale and looking down in horror. I was -0.5 less then the weight I told myself I would never get to. So I have started and I am down -5.0lbs.
