I went to the emerg 4 times bc I thought I was having a heart attack. Then I woudl sneak into my moms room at night and sit on the floor watching and listening to her breath. Then I woudl lay awake at night and listen to bf breathe

I didn't go through it like you did. For me I was just scared of my boss. Once I left I was fine. I had "control" over it yanno? I can't imagine in your situation... the lack of control. Good lord

I did Therapy and a group therapy but everyoen there was more depressed and we focused on that so I left after 2 meetings bc I was still happy, wanting to go out etc it was the panic and anxiety of when bf or my mom wouldn't answer the phone or if I got a pain like say my arm started hurting i would freak and think I was dying...I used to ask bf about mmm 100 times a day if I was having a heart attack and if he could listen to my heart to make sure it was beating ok lol
