shoppers- i got
(2) honey bunches of oats cereal 2.49-.50 cpn = $1.99 each
(1) stagg chili 1.99-.50 =$1.49
(1) oaisis orange juice 3.99-.75 cpn= $3.24
(1) stouffers macaroni and chesse 4.99- free coupon = free
(1) dempster whole grain bread 1.79- .75 cpn= $1.04
then on the reduced shelf found this cough syrup for broncitus, crouppe- called Lambert 4.99- decided to try it- worse than buckleys- but im not coughing as much- plus im stuffed so you can breath it in a cup of boiling water too- works pretty good

then stopped in zellers
(1) cashmere 24 rolls-p.m to fortinos $4.44-1.00= $3.44 (thanks to a train i got this coupon)
(2) chunky soups p.m to sobeys .99 each - buy 2 save 1.00= .50 cents each(cheap supper at work, if i dont feel like a meal)lol it is a meal in a can

The on to sobeys(was tired ) but havent been in awhile
(1) dozen carnations for my mom $5.99 (thought that was a great price) to cheer her up - she gave me a big hug shes (88) lives with us
(2) special k bars 2.50 each - 50 sobeys points
(1) danactive dessert yogurt $3.49- 50 = $3.00- i love the lemon -little bits of lemon
(1) sobeys lagagna $4.99 + 150 points coupon
(1) stuffed pork tenderloin on sale $5.66
(1)sirlion tipped steak for hubby $9.86-2.96=$7.90 a treat for him
then a bunch of fruit
(1) raspberries 2.50
(1) bluberries 3.50
(1)watermelon large slice about 12 $2.60
(1) egg creation 3.79-1.00=$2.79 hubby likes this when im working evenings
(2) carnation hot chocolate $3.99- had no coupons but found the tins with coupons on it - so happy oh almost forgot (1) kraft singles cheese 1.99- used a really old no expiry coupon i had - .25 cents= $1.74
Used another sobeys coupon for spend 60 get 3x the points=160
80 base points
Plus treated my mom and i to hot take out at sobey wings and parishenne potoes- cause hubby was out of town- $7.99-figured i deserved it with all the savings of using coupons - we need to treat ourselves sometimes
points earned on this visit sobeys points that is= 440- almost 5.00 saving (725 points = 5.00) gotta try to maximize those points programs sometimes
