Stella (the real one I am almost certain) is actually responding to some old posts from last week on their FB page. Basically saying sit tight, your rewards are coming, and they apologize that they haven't responded sooner but they have been backed up worknig on the new phase of the program...

At least it's something.

It would be really nice if they could at least tell us if they have shipped out something.
Like last Friday they were supposedly going to post rewards but had issues BUT it turns out that they also had bodum cups shipped out on that day.
It could have helped calm the masses on Facebook who were complaining about no rewards if they let people know "Although we've had issues posting new rewards to the site today, members who have redeemed for a certain previous reward will be happy to know that orders have been shipped out today". That's all they would have to say and a lot of people would probably forget all about not having new rewards posted and excited to know something was on it's way

With that being said, I am hopeful that they will ship out some more stuff this week. I figure they want to start fresh for when they reopen and they wouldn't be able to do that if they have to deal with orders from the previous phase, no?

Bob - I think the commitment to post new rewards last Friday was from the 'scammer' as well as the comment later about them having technical problems.
I am glad to see that they are back responding to the FB posts from a few days ago.

I know alot of people have complained about the program and what not but I must say I have got a few free things and even if the other stuff doesnt come getting free luggage and challis sets is awesome! I of course would love my other rewards to show up as well but over all the amoutn of free items they gave out is amazing

A total disappointment with the program. All my 3000 points are now gone. I am out. I will not participate in the next phrase. Too much time has been spent on collecting points but they only restock all those I have already redeemed weeks ago. It seems that not many people leave messages here anymore. I am surprised that there are not many complains here and on facebook.

You state that you already redeemed for one of each of the last 4 prizes (watch, headphones, ecobag & BBQ set) with a listed value of almost $300 for simply signing up, sending some invites and tweeting? So you got stuck with 3000 points which you didn't or couldn't redeem. A lot of people got stuck with points. A lot of people didn't get the rewards that you got.
This board has been pretty active the last few days/weeks, so I don't know what your comment about that means.

I agree.. so far I've only received the luggage, and if that's all I get its still a win, all I did was hit promote and tweet/fb.. not very difficult for free things!

I lost 2000+ points as well, but if the new phase is anywhere as lucrative as the previous one, I would be back

It's by far the best program out there that I know of reward wise. How it was run & the lack of communication needs to be addressed, but all in all the rewards vs. time & effort are pretty good imo.......if I ever receive them LOL!
