I redeemed a game on the december 31st redemption, and got the email that said my order has been approved about a week ago. But I have not yet gotten the second email with the shipping information. Should I just wait it out? Some people said they got their prizes without receiving the second email. Can someone clear this up for me? Thanks.

Im sorry for posting this here.. im dont think it technically belongs but i hope one of u has some advice!!! lol.. with the paypal money i received from lockerz.. i went shopping at well.ca(i stated in previous posts) lol well.. the package i bought was apparently"succesfully delivered" yesterday(according to canada posts online tracking) and.. i never left my house yesterday.. and did NOT receive a package. ALSO i ordered something else.. from the same site.. TWO days later... (i received this package today) ... the delivery date for the package im waiting for is today.. im just wondering y its telling me it was succesfully delivered? when it wasent?.. should i call someone?... or am i just crap out of luck.. i lost my money? it was the more expensive package of the two.. of corse thanks in advance to anyone with advice lol

Was it delivered by canada post? because sometimes they leave packages in my mailbox.

edit: sorry you said it was canada post, did you check your mailbox? do you live in a house? sometimes packages get dropped off somewhere where I can't see them.

yeah i live in a house.. with a mailbox on my front porch.. i never left my house yesterday and my dog barks at like.. leafs blowing by.. so i would have had a warning if the mail was dropped on the porch =( ... i really hope i dont get screwed over ... well.ca told me to call them tomorow if i havent received it and they will start an "investigation" to find the package..............lol

I personally think ur screwed well.ca wont do anything if it said successfully shipped. Say if someone stole it ur pretty much taking the loss. As it clearly says this(see photo)..

I've had a few shipments from well.ca before and always received my parcel. I know if it was a lot of money say like $40 + I would of selected the option of them NOT leaving it at my door. This way I can pick it up at the post office or sign for it if I'm at home. Rather than trusting my neighborhood and hoping to find it when I get home.
