That's what I'm doing....but without the meetings...I did go last Spring then lost interest...but everything is on line for free so why bother?

I lost 9lbs my first week last time!!
Not so much this time. Although I'm down 12lbs now...after 3 weeks...

Yep. Although it's not the same, it does satisfy that craving. I buy quite a bit of the SmartOnes...my hubby and I share the rice and beans one as a side dish sometimes...it's really quite a bit! I don't share any other ones.

Midnighty I don't think eating and watching tv is conducive to deep concentration. I don't think so....or having the diet coke...which I'm jealous about since I can't have anything with aspartame....

No, this requires very deep concentration..like you're really there and you can feel those muscles tensing and releasing...I tried it and I really do feel it!!

And...um...what's this about bigger...better?

i'm have a lens issue.. debating between two.. do i get the bigger one because it's onsale for a great price (70-300) or do i get the middle one because it is also a nice price (55-200) i can afford the bigger one orignally planning on getting the bigger one becuase would it be too much for my needs? (i have no plans on taking photos of eagles... ever..) but if i get the smaller one will i forever feel like i cheapened out and should have gotten the bigger one?? if i get the bigger there is no need to get the medium..
for the last 3 days i've been talking myself in circles

My critters are great at helping me diet. I have to split all my meals 3 ways. Maybe if I only split em 2 ways & just watched them enjoy, I'd lose more weight?

my moms allergic to aspartame, it makes her loopy lol! Loopier then she already is! (joking mom)

I don`t use artificial sweetners at all anymore because they hurt my stomache.
