I was able to actually get out of bed by myself LOL but then it started hurting again...I just took the aleve so I hope it eases the muscles...and my niece is being a doll, she sat in bed with me all day watching cartoons and keeps asking if my back is still sore haha

I remember my older brother having me do it while he was watching TV when I was like six or so, and he paid one cent a minute. Do you know how hard a kid has to work to massage for 5 minutes and only get 5 cents? He was a smarty!

that is hilarious Natalka! I am sure you learned some great massage skills though!
She is 3, but BF rubbed my shoulder a few times today...It feels a tad better but then a few minutes after he rubs it, it pains again. I am sure when he comes back from work tonight he will rub it again.
I am just glad this didn;t happen Saturday! We booked a hotel in Niagara Falls for the night!

Yes, I growled this morning as I saw the temps BC was going to have today! But for us, this is great for this time of year, particularly since we got so much snow a week ago.
