it was your2cents, but since it became Toluna, although the webpage looks nicer, I'm very disappointed at their customer service. I can't change my address online, it always gave me an error"please enter a valid address", therefore I cannot redeem for my rewards. I use the "contact us" form to submit my concern, it always gave me an error. I use the survey support to contact them, there always is automatic reply, the problem is still unresolved.

not too long... just depends how many surveys you complete.. If survey is worth 1-3$ and it takes 10$ to cash out. Don't let the points confuse you lol.

Hey Canuck202 I joined Toulna. I have been doing polls but not getting any points for doing them. Today I started off with 7345 and after doing 10 surveys I have 7360. Why? Do I not get points for doing polls?

Oh I know!
I live 2 hours north of toronto and I NEVER got any surveys for all these sites.. or if I did they were american only or once I clicked that I live in a rural area I was kicked out of the survey. What they don't think we have opinions either?
Honestly, this is down right irratating.
Oh well... I'm doing TNS right now.. I don't get a tonne of surveys but meh, they are survies that I do have heavy opinions for =)

. I usually use my parents address for everything except the surveys. I figured this out a year or so ago. Now that I put my schools address I qualify.
