Great job again Ms. Smyth :)
Update on post #2 for week 7
Its a real eye opener - when you think of $11 and what you can get with it (your lunch, maybe a couple of coffees & muffins..) you dont think its too much or that you can do anything to make a difference with it. But your posts and what you get with $11 are real eye openers.
Keep up the great work Patty. Please continue to post and please, post if you need a certain product coupon. I would be happy to send you some from my coupon stash.
good job again..........
Awesome job Patty! Wish we had a Maxi here! I'd be all over that toothpaste like Dentures on Polident :)
You're very clever at having the right coupons at hand at the right time - how do you manage that? So many toothpaste coupons!
Wow:excited:
You are so amazing to take the time to collect the coupons and watch for the sales to be able to make the most of your budget for the donation. A huge eye opener. You're community is very blessed to have you! I will be staying tuned for the rest of the updates this is a really wonderful thread. We should all do more for the less fortunate. Great job Again:top:
WOW again Patty keep them coming your doing just a wonderful job :top:
yay to for a toothpaste brag!
You're an amazing shopper :top: and an amazing person too!
Many lives will be touched because of your efforts :flowers:
Week 8 update post #2, the sales never end. lol
I love, LOVE this idea, Patty!!! It's a great 'picture story' of the year, too! :top: :top: :top: Good on ya, girl!
I love this!
Wow...just saw this after reading your brag post for IGA. What you are doing is amazing. Keep up the great work! :)
I'm still amazed and encouraged by your devotion to this project.
I would encourage anyone to help locally, it doesn't need to cost
a lot as Patty has shown.
I see that Kleenex and Paper Towels are 49 cents this week @ PharmaPlus.
I will make 2 trips and buy the limit of four each, and give one batch to a
local drop in centre.
The total will be $4.00 and change, but the people at this place will get ecstatic over the donation.
Can you say feel like a V-8? :) Great Job Patty :)
wow awesome job!!!
Great job Patty!!!
Update for Week 9 on post # 2. Double the deals this week there are just too many good ones. I am banking great deals now thinking that maybe in the summer it won't be as great but it seems every week I am managing to find something and sometimes much more.
With your pasta wall and now with 44 cans of tomato/spaghetti sauce and 11 jars of V-8 juice, you sure could make one heck of a spaghetti dinner ;)
great job patty
You're doing a great job
First let me say again what a wonderful job you are doing, and the example you are setting for your kids.
Secondly after you stockpile, and photograph. Do you take the stuff to its
final destination?
Just super deals on the sauce and tomatoes! Your men are going to benefit greatly by all that lycopene!
You are -

Skippy everything is in my basement and it's getting to be a huge pile 10 boxes. Ideally I would have liked to do one big donation but I will never have the room to last until the end of the year. Maybe during spring break next week we will take it downtown(the men's shelter stuff anyways)
So far $840.55 for $110.19
