    The good news is that overall the vast majority of coupons were received in time for those to take advantage of the offer. However, we realized after the program closed (just over 24 hours later!) that the coupon for the free JOHNSON’S® Baby product was not autochecked off within the Save.ca system. So, for those of you who only received "2 filler coupons" but not the JOHNSON’S® Baby coupon, those were in fact the only coupons that were part of your order. Save.ca's minimum number of coupons ordered is only 2, not 3, coupons. If you received a prompt to add 2 coupons to your order, this hopefully explains why.

    That being said, we recognize that this is an easy oversight when placing your order and therefore have worked with Save.ca to identify and send a JOHNSON’S® Baby FPO coupon to those of you who placed orders that meet the following criteria:

    • Directly came through the JOHNSON’S® Baby Canada Facebook 'Great Deals' tab
    • Successfully submitted while the JOHNSON’S® Baby offer was available in December 2010
    • Associated with a Save.ca account that is in good standing, under a verified email address (please review http://save.ca/help for more information)
    If this applies to your order, please contact Save.ca at [email protected] and they will reissue the JOHNSON’S® Baby FPO coupon with an expiry date of February 28, 2011. Please note that Save.ca's records are very detailed in this regard and if your order does not include one or more of these criteria (for example, you ordered coupons through Save.ca during that time period, but did not navigate there through the JOHNSON’S® Baby Facebook page or your email address was not/is not verified) then Save.ca will advise you as such and a coupon will not be provided.

    Kudos for J&J for this solution - I've emailed their support and wait and see!

    Naturally those were the only Save.ca FPC's I DID get. Never got the Healthy Choice Steamers, or the Vaseline, and some B1G1s.

    There's more info than what I posted on their FB site too for those that received their coupons after the expiry date.

    awesome thanks I emailed them we will see what they say. It seems I never recieve any coupons from them which I have complained to them in the past about. We shall see if they will do anything this time.

    Same here, but I emailed Save.ca for the J&J one anyway. At least they are trying to fix the issue.

    I've emailed them too. Anyone get the Dr. Oetker mousse FPC yet? I haven't received that one yet either.

    It'll be interesting to see if Save.ca maintains their stories of "you didn't order the coupon", "your account wasn't active", "you haven't ordered coupons since October" (seriously?!!!) etc, and still doesn't send out the coupons.
