I signed up for the Big Fish offer and did not get my points. I went to SB Support and it told me to go to my account and make my inquiry from the Special Offer wall. BUT I can't find my Special Offer wall. Could anyone assist me? Thanks.

click on earn then scroll down you will find the special offer
then click on the one you use to sign up for big fish( ex trial pay) from there you will see either account or missing swag bucks

On the main page, under the "Earn" tab, one of the choices is "Special Offers". Click on that, then click on the special offer provider where you did the offer, and then in the upper-right-hand corner of the provider's page is usually something that says "support" or has the number of points earned, click on that and then scroll down to the offer which didn't credit, and there will be another link to click on for missing points.

However, having said all that, if you did the offer off of the Swagbucks "main page", I don't know which offer provider that was linked to (maybe someone else will know?). You could try each offer provider (as I described above) until you find the one which lists that you "viewed" the 800SB BigFish offer. Or you could try contacting Swagbucks again, and tell them you did it off the main page and you don't know which Special Offer Provider to contact.

In the meantime, make sure you don't delete any emails, receipts, or anything associated with the offer, they will probably require some form of proof that you did the offer.

Thanks for all the advice. I did find the wall but I did the offer from my inbox and could not find on the tabs. I just contacted them and I'm sure there must be others as slow as me.

But thanks I never looked there before and now some of the conversations people have been having are making more sense (Peanut Lab, etc).

Marmaduke--I saved a screen capture of the offer in my inbox. It said: "For CS assistance related to this offer, please contact SB support." So I would try contacting them again and make sure you state offer was in your Inbox and that they said to contact them for support.
